Technology that looks good.

IntuSens combines energy-efficient building technology with contemporary design. The sensor features clear lines and high-quality workmanship, and blends discreetly into room ceilings. That’s invisible technology. Perfectly designed.

  • Colours: black (RAL 9005) and white (RAL 9016)
  • Surface-mounted and installation variants
  • Innovative, patented design

One sensor. Lots of possibilities.

From simple light switching, DALI-2 Broadcast and DALI-2 input device through to Bluetooth® NLC – the IntuSens portfolio is flexibly adapted to different building types and is ideal for installation heights up to 18 metres. Switch and broadcast solutions in particular enable robust and economical lighting control without individual addressing, thus significantly reducing planning complexity. As an input device, IntuSens sensors are of course compatible with the TRILUX LiveLink light management system.

  • Switchable or DALI- and wireless networkable
  • Low Bay, High Bay + High Bay Corridor optics for mounting heights of 2 to 18 m
  • IP20 protection rating
  • LiveLink-ready

Sensor technology makes buildings fit for the future.

Today, intelligent sensor technology does more than just provide convenience: it reduces energy consumption, lowers operating overheads and fulfils the requirements of modern building automation. IntuSens forms the reliable and efficient basis for this – developed and produced in Germany.

Tested and trusted in daily practice. IntuSens in use.

Whether it’s offices, education, industry or circulation areas: IntuSens provides the right light wherever reliability, energy savings and simple implementation are important.

  • Lighting control according to needs in single offices

Single offices are clearly defined rooms with changing utilisation. Efficient lighting is achieved by reliable sensors in the low-bay area that detect small movements and avoid unnecessary switch-on times. IntuSens enables needs-based, energy-efficient control of light in single offices.

  • Efficient lighting control for open-plan office structures

Open-plan offices are open-plan work areas with changing occupancy and a variety of activity zones. Sensors must reliably detect both motion and presence, as well as avoid unnecessary switch-on times. Precise detection and, depending on the concept, the option of zonal or group control are decisive. IntuSens sensors enable flexible, needs-based lighting control for open-plan office structures.

  • Variable scene control in meeting rooms

Meeting rooms are characterised by changing usage scenarios – ranging from presentations and discussions to temporary vacancy situations. Dimming or scene control is often required during presentations, while lighting should be automatically switched off when people are absent. Thanks to the DALI-2 standard, IntuSens sensors also enable convenient and flexible lighting control for such requirements.

  • Standard-compliant lighting levels for classrooms

Classrooms are dynamic learning environments with changing phases of activity. The light should be switched off automatically during breaks and after school to save energy. Daylight-dependent control also ensures a constant, standard-compliant lighting level. IntuSens sensors based on DALI-2 enable efficient and convenient control of light in classrooms.

  • Efficient lighting control in sports and multi-purpose halls

Sensors detect presence and movement in sports halls, and thus ensure energy-efficient, needs-based lighting only in areas being used. IntuSens sensors with High Bay optics flexibly adapt illuminance to different activities – for example training, competitions or break periods.

  • Robust sensor technology for highbay racking

Sensor technology in highbay warehouses have to reliably detect presence and movement at heights and in long aisles to save energy and only illuminate areas that are in use. Robust components with high protection ratings against dust and moisture are also needed, as well as flexible settings for different storage areas and usage times. IntuSens Zhaga Book 18 sensors for luminaire adaptation are the ideal choice here.

  • Agile control of light in corridors

Corridors are circulation zones with short dwell times and clear directions of movement. The aim is to provide light only when it is needed, and to simultaneously ensure a safe environment. Fast response times, short run-on times and area-wide detection are important so that the light is activated immediately and switched off to save energy when the corridor is vacated. IntuSens Switch sensors provide a simple and economical solution here.

  • Lighting automation in WCs and ancillary rooms

Sanitary areas and ancillary rooms are used irregularly and usually only for a short time. It is important here that sensors reliably detect even the smallest movements in order to control the lighting as required. High detection accuracy, short run-on times and automatic switch-off are important to save energy and also ensure convenience.

Further IntuSens sensors

IntuSens for luminaire integration

Intelligent sensor technology. Discreetly integrated. For a tidy look, less installation work and a perfectly harmonised system. The IntuSens MiniR & MiniS variants are ideal when design and function are equally important.

IntuSens for luminaires with Zhaga base

Can be flexibly retrofitted. Quickly ready for operation. IntuSens Zhaga Book 18 sensors have been specially developed for industrial and outdoor applications. Thanks to IP66 protection, they are fully protected against dust and can withstand strong jets of water from all directions. This is ideal when robust sensor technology is needed – and retrofitting should stay simple.
