SustainabilityFidesca’s LED technology ensures market-leading efficiency for lower energy consumption, and thus reduced emissions over the entire long service life. The modular design allows components to be repaired, replaced or updated – optionally also from above, and without opening the cleanroom ceiling. At the end of their lifespan, the recyclable materials can be simply and cleanly separated and returned to the material cycle. Fidesca’s plastic covers are already made from granulate with recycled content.

Fidesca offers customised solutions for such specific applications. The modular platform covers various cleanliness classes, installation situations and illuminance levels. For sensitive areas such as lithography, monochrome solutions such as the yellow/amber variants are relevant, which reduce short-wave light components and thus protect photosensitive processes.
Fidesca supports clean, cleanroom-compatible integration into ceiling and recessed systems, and, as well as complying to relevant standards such as ISO 14644-1, meets the needs of daily visual tasks requiring high quality of light. This makes it possible to uniformly plan throughout – from anterooms to highly sensitive areas.

Pharmaceutical industry
Pharmaceutical production and laboratory areas work under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines: hygiene, cleanability, a long service life and low-contamination environments are mandatory. Fidesca is precisely designed for such requirements, offering lighting solutions that can be integrated into typical ceiling systems in such areas, and that function reliably over their entire life cycles. Wherever the risk of breakage needs to be minimised and a safe, controllable environment created, particularly robust covers such as laminated safety glass make sense.
GMP environments require standardised illuminance levels, typically from 500 to 750 lx. With various light distributions oriented to practice, Fidesca also responds to the respective visual tasks ranging from visual inspections to documentation: a high-quality platform for safe and fast planning as well as reliable continuous operation.

Health & Care
Light is a critical factor in health & care: it supports challenging work, reduces the risk of errors and contributes to the well-being of patients and staff. Fidesca covers different areas depending on the specification – from intensive care units to operating theatres and their surroundings. In the operating theatre itself, variants with specific spectra such as green light or models with variable light colour (RGBW) can provide visual relief for surgeons.
The technical side is also focused on: robust materials, easy-to-clean surfaces and, depending on the safety requirements, shatter-proof laminated safety glass (LSG) or alternative covers. For planning purposes, the platform concept provides decisive advantages. A standardised design, consistent installation scenarios and reliable spare parts/service capability give lighting designers and operators security and reliability in the long term.
